CD & DVD SOLUTIONS - Video Yearbook

Video Yearbooks are a wonderful keepsake for both students and parents.

• The process begins with letters/emails being sent to all parents, introducing the project and asking for photo submissions. This can be done by the coordinator, or we can provide this service for you.
• You will need to provide a collection of misc. photographs, (i.e. the campus, classes, athletic activities, instructors, etc.), with accompanying documentation that identifies and/or names each photograph. Photos sent electronically, or on CD, we prefer to be a minimum of 4x6, 300dpi. Photographs that need to be scanned can be sent for scanning, and will be returned.
• We prep each photo, eliminating red-eye, cropping, and removing minor scratches or blemishes.
• Music Selections that you would find fitting to the DVD can be provided. Generally, it's safe to provide up to 15 songs, depending upon the length of the final outcome. Usually, apart from "Pomp & Circumstance," music that defines the graduation year is very fitting. We also have suggestions if you need them.
• When all of the ingredients are placed together, the end result is a wonderful keepsake for both parents and students - for many years to come.
